So, you advocate that only people who can hold their temper be allowed to 'pack'? How will you ensure this? Do you really believe that by simply passing a safety test and having no crimial record, that person is valid risk to your family and mine? Being range tested and taking a safety class does not qualify you for law enforcement. That's why we have police academies, with strict training. I'm sure our law enforcement officers just LOVE the prospect of a bunch of vigilante Rambo's hitting the streets packing heat.
