Why argue about the "best" method of supply when the issue is actually about demand? (Because we are equally inept (and more uncomfortable) with social engineering.) It is always easier to build a dam. Plus you get that ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate. St. Patrick's Day today. Time to start the pea planting season in the land of pleasant living. john
