Rich, I agree that is a question for Juniper and I will email their IR dept. I also thought this was a question for the thread (evidently not). It seems to me with Capex spending in Telecom declining, and this is the space Juniper plays in they would want to enter the Enterprise space. " Have you read information at their web site?" Yes I try go to their site quite often, I listened to the 2 tech. conf's. in Feburary and the latest Merrill Lynch conf. In those conf's they talk about the enterprise space but don't go into great detail only that they don't sell into their Service Provider's space. I don't know maybe the Service Providers sell into the Enterprise and this would be a conflict of interest for Juniper. I'm well aware of their push into the edge and they see growth there due to their low presence to date. They are also teaming with Scientific Atlanta for Juniper's new cable presence (Pacific Broadband). Juniper's ASIC solution removes the need for the use of 20 Broadcom chips in their competitors products. Juniper gets their ASIC chips from IBM now whether they still buy chips from PMC Sierra, Broadcom and others, I'm sure they do. The on going alliance with Ericsson will sure to pay off in the future. " Have you any thoughts on these matters, being an investor in JNPR?" I have all kinds of thoughts on these matters that is why I'm asking the question. I guess that is good that you don't have questions, I for one do. You know maybe it is a margin problem (I doubt it CSCO has good margins) or maybe the cost of entry is high? I don't know that is why I've asked the question. As far as Due Diligence, I believe I know how to go about that, but never claimed to be the best at it and don't make decisions based from this thread. I don't need to be talked down to and I'm sorry I asked you the question; it won't happen again.

Good luck with your investments also.
