It's hard to imagine something that, er, creative and complex coming out of the powers that be. Then you seriously underestimate the cuurent administration. Stand by for more surprises. It's also very sneaky, and we all know that sneaky shows a lack of character. Is that a slam on FDR and Truman? Because that is PRECISELY what the US did in Italy, Germany, and Japan after WWII.
