If they don't recognize them as valid, then they are not being discriminated against. If they were recognized as being valid they would have to be treated equally. I think the first determination should be made as to whether or not they comprise a third type of human. If they do not, then their complaints are based on sexual preferences. Then other people could argue that they too, have rights based on sexual preferences. Why would you draw the line at homosexuality? Why not Bestiality? Pedofilia? (sp) Sadism and Masochism?
