You went to a lot of effort to type out all that but it doesn't change the facts of what I said. George H W Bush felt he had to make a statement on some very unwise words uttered by an NRA member. That doesn't mean he wrote off the rest of the NRA positions. Besides, he doesn't like broccoli either. That doesn't mean he wrote off vegetables.

Given YOUR record of maintaining a private swimming pool in the face of overwhelming statistics regarding the dangers of private swimming pools, I'd like to see official citations and references to each and every allegation and statement you made in your post, so as to enable me to fashion an appropriate response, if I should choose to do so. Meanwhile, it seems only common sense that you should drain and fill in that potential attractive nuisance. Plant an organic garden where it now dangerously occupies space.
