I take it that you know the frequency that it would be released at since I assume 20% boost was at the given freq

The other thing is that 3400 was predicated on a 30% boost over Athlon, I thought. Now they're talking 20 - 25%.

They are talking 20-25% over current Athlon. The current Athlon changes from Slot A Athlon, to Tbird, to Palomino and later Thoroughbred.
