Pogo is a released product and the type of battery is clearly labelled. So why the speculation about phosphate and cobalt etc? All these guesses when it only takes one phone call or web search to find out. What a way to invest!

Jacques, Ticker and Ram: Looks like the latest order was for 10K batteries. No mention if the order has been shipped. Excerpt from the Austin Business Journal... austin.bizjournals.com <In January, Pogo Technology ordered 5,000 rechargeable batteries from Valence. This second order doubles the initial order.>
