I think JFK was wasted to protect some power structures that are in place still today. Nixon was a toady hired by right wing extremists. His recordings only confirmed what a lot of people already suspected. The support of Israel was purely political, and his anti-semitism would have caused problems anyway, and probably did, if it were researched. The thing that troubles me about that, speaking of Israelis, is their spy system and quiet control of the US telephone network. Kinda makes you paranoid ... I just discovered several Israelis moving in next door, my friend the snoopy Jewish neighbor told me.... Hey, Oliver Stone....
