having their own private island Yeah, but sooner or later that private island is gonna drift north and melt and leave their progeny stranded in the middle of nowhere. Great idea for a movie. A penguin end-of-the-world story. I can see it now. Inland penguins advertising waterfront property. And seals carrying signs that say "The end is near." I wonder how far seals can swim. Maybe some human wildlife-rescue organization will come to the rescue. Or maybe the sharks in the neighborhood will be well fed and eschew Australia's beaches.
