No, I don't think it's irrelevant. It is another negative story in a long line of negative stories about the books. And I don't think Elan wants to respond to any story about accounting as long as the SEC still has an open investigation. When the faithful's only hope is a buyout, then you better watch your proverbial ass.

Several of us have taken that as granted for years. That message is frequently out on the table, but the lesson isn't grasped.

You are posting to the BIOTECH portion of the Silicon Investor Bulletin Board system. Biotechs are frequently known for "never really making money". The companies, however, often have value.

If ELN didn't make a penny, what are they worth?
