Yep, they have been taking share all along, but the real question is what Mr. Market will allow in the way of future tech valuation... The other problem is even taking share, selling 2ghz PIV machines at $1299 doesn't do wonders for revenue/profit when compared to the 3-4 grand those boxes used to go for. Intel has the same problem to some extent, I remember when they used to introduce new top of the line chips for a grand a pop, and those days are apparently over, at least for now also...
