Violating the hearsay rule is a pretty basic lawyer screw up. This new attorney the states hired doesn't look too hot. Of course, Jackson in the lower court made no such ruling of inadmissible hearsay on the thousands of emails he considered.

ya, and then she left in actual examples of MSFT wrongdoing....

hense the strong arming DELL tactics were left in.... and the rest of the testimony by RealNetworks was left in... including real examples of MSFT's wrongdoing....

More hearsay and speculation. I've yet to see evidence of actual wrong doing.

The state's didn't call Schuler? They decided to have someone else try to put words in his mouth? No wonder the judge tossed out the testimony.

KK seems fair. I suspect that whatever remedy modifications come out of these hearings will be a fair compromise. If there are any modifications at all.
