I'll take back my point that you just made it up. Not very nice of me. Sounds like you are fairly knowledgable about the history of Canadian pipelines and oil deals. I won't draw the same conclusion that it is not for America if we don't build a pipeline, but will agree that games are being played if they say it is for America, but we ship it to Japan. Seems like if that is the real issue, then it would be pretty easy to incorporate wording into the plan that dictates the oil is for U.S. consumption. Sorry about the insult.
