Back from Puerto Rico vacation today. Watched a little cnbc while away. Seemed a bit absurd to me that bond market was predicting hefty rate increases by the fed starting in May. Seems to me that the fed will err on the side of caution and delay increasing rates until it becomes clear that a recovery is well on its way, including visibility for tech. Perhaps the market is picking up on this the past few days. Mike
