The Zoo reports that C.E. Unterberg Towbin downgraded CPQ this morning.
If my memory serves me well, Brian Finnerty is C.E.U.T's public mouthpiece and he's been touting CPQ for some time.
He also is one of the least credible of CNBC's frequent guests and a shameless pumper-dumper.
In short, he's a dim bulb.

I'm sure he would...but how good are they at predicting the turn?
That's usually the problem with trading and TA, anyway.
Sure, there are signals, but they all get interpreted differently.
