I see you want to carry on about nukes. LOL.
As far as I know the following are non polluting: Wind power, dams, geothermal, flywheels, tidal power hasn't been really developed, it would be non polluting also, I imagine.

What are the costs to produce a kilowatt of nuke power? Does the government subsidize the cost of nuke power in any way?

The pollution caused by mbte I don't think is generic to whether or not nukes are safe, it's generic to whether or not additives should have been in gasoline.

I also don't think that using the sum of the walls in the pentagon is the proper way to look at it. The energy of the plane striking is basically in it's initial hit, it's not a bunker busting bomb. I don't know, but it may be that a plane travelling at 550 miles an hour can penetrate 1 foot of hardened concrete, but not 3 inches, then a space of 30 feet, then three inches, then a space of 30 feet, then 3 inches, then a space of 30 feet, then 3 inches then a space of 30 feet, which would add up to 12 inches of concrete. So it may be that while the pentagon wasn't penetrated all the way to the other side, a nuke reactor's walls might be destroyed. Remember it doesn't have to go all the way through to kansas, it just has to get the gasoline inside. Then whatever happens happens. Even if the reactor wasn't destroyed to the extent that radiation was released, what would it do to the power output, and for how long?
