Yes, but "folks" are getting tired of getting 1.4% on their money market, and with $2.4 T there, you don't need much CNBC hype to draw a very little of it into the market, the siren is singing to them....

on that, I disagree. I think most are almost 100% stock oriented in 401K. Therein lies the danger.
