I'm not saying that the US should militarily intervene in the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, merely that there is no requirement that it get permission from any authority to do so. Tim, huh? There's no legal requirement if that's what you are getting at....but I am not talking legal stuff here. And you all are letting a little power go to your heads if you think legal stuff is the only concern if we decide to be more aggressive. We don't live in a vacuum. There will be serious consequences for us if we start to do things without at least a modicum of world support. ted
