The first amendment only applies to the government's actions. It doesn't apply to fora like SI... did you know that? I can think of numerous shunnings that occur quite legally. No, the question is, was that what I was talking about? I was merely questioning consideration in a public forum. There is no absolute right to free speech in this country. There never has. But that wasn't even my point. Religious mocking was in the joke. You seem to want to think that is okay. Fine. I don't feel motivated or morally obligated to rub every Christian's nose in the hypocrisy. If they can't see it, it reflects on them, not me.
