James,

I have a lot of confidence in Yahoo. They do need to diversify which they are working at doing. They need the advertising but they also need the fee based services too. A pure advertising model is not nearly enough revenue.

I have noticed their email servers be a lot slower the last month or so. I do not know if they cut back on server capacity to cut expenses or if use has really increased.
