Hi, Al: SYB-t might be one to watch this week. SYB-t owns ~25% of ONC stock. As this is SYB's major asset, SYB is basically a holding company of a large block of ONC's shares. ONC mgt has said this could be a problem for the long-term and would like to resolve the situation. ONC mgt have been in discussions with SYB mgt for 2-3 months now. Both SYB and ONC have AGM and Special meetings slated for May. Indicates to me they may be voting on an arrangement between the 2 companies. If an arrangement for this control block can be agreed on between ONC and SYB, this will probably favor SYB stock short-term. In the long term, this will benefit ONC. Always the risk that nothing will happen, but if something is in the works, it will probably be announced in the next few weeks. Geoff
