Over on SI's CLOWN-FREE ZONE thread, GE and IBM...

...have been recognized for at least a year as 'funnying up' the accounting/reporting.

CSCO, of course, as well.

DELL does/did the same ... I don't know (does anyone else?) about offshore accounts in DELL's case, but the derivatives trading was/is? monumental there.
