Ah yes, all of those other businesses, the ones losing a bil. a quarter is responsible. Sure, and I am a monkeys uncle. Intel didn't just start these last quarter. In fact, Intel had a much higher percentage of chipset sales when BX was king. Itanium sales wouldn't even occupy a line, much less a whole fab. Plus AMD also makes flash and chipsets. What is the difference.

And you forgot the other 10 FABs Intel is running....

When I use your methodology to calculate Intel yields, it shows them at 18%.
