There is no inherit bad, the inherit good is that it is based on a society whose economic principle is ruled by the state for the good of all. Sometimes personal agendas get in the way of the good of all. Like the current Admin's policies

Communism is something like "From each according to his ability and to each according to his need." Eventually those with ability and the same basic needs as everyone else get tired of working their butts off to feed those who have that same need but no ability. They start slacking off and everybody lives on borrowed time until the system eventually, as it must, fails.

There is nothing good about communism except the tempting line of BS that lures unfortunate peoples into it.
