What you may be too young to understand is that for the first 20 years of it's existence, WSW was the ONLY show devoted to investing. It set the foundation for what we see today. For the most part, it also held up standards that were way out of style during the 90's bubble. WSW has won many awards over the years, but there aren't enough awards in the world for Lew and his people. As for public broadcasting in general, you trade a great series like the Ken Burns stuff for the constant, incessant, self-serving, left-wing crap that runs every day when people are looking for a decent alternative to network and cable. It's time to stop funding this left-wing propaganda machine with taxpayer money. Well past time, in fact...
