No, Dem Chairman of DNC got pre-IPO stock for ???????. Bush got stock for speech when it was publicly traded, but cheap.

Not sure when he made the speech or when the stock when public or the terms of the deal, but it was a sweetheart deal, you can bet on that, BTW, who took the stock public and how connected was Bush to them?
