OT (sorry Zeev, this is likely politics) "Tell me where in the Constitution it says that the Fed can't discuss taking emergency measures".
Article I, Section 8, Clause 5, of the United States Constitution provides that Congress shall have the power to coin money and regulate the value thereof and of any foreign coins. Don't see ANY mention of the Federal Reserve whatsoever...
