Silver stocks (PAAS, SIL, CDE. HL, etc) are up nicely, but SSRI doesn't seem to be participating. This seems odd, since SSRI is the most leveraged and should gain the most in a silver bull market.

I wonder if the market needs to see much higher silver prices before this stock starts its run.
