TommyBoy, I am one of those rich trial lawyers who drives a fuel efficient 1992 Mercury Topaz with 226,000 miles on it. Yes, I have installed more insulation and a fuel efficient gas furnace. Of course, my PUD bill for electricity is now one of the highest in the nation because Enron screwed the West Coast utilities while the Bush Administration looked the other way.

How can you do that? Once reduced by 100%, anything is down to zero. So, are you a manufacturer of energy?
