New attack in Israel. William, it's sad,
just more of the same each day...
I don't want to get too OT here, but we
here in the US would never put up with this.
I would like to see peace, but I'm afraid this
can only be settled militarily.
When you have people that want to kill you, and
are blowing up your civilians and kids every few
days - there's only one way to deal with it.

I wish it could be different.

I came from Texas originally (am now in Michigan for
15 years + ). I can just imagine what they'd do
in Texas if Mexican terrorists kept blowing up nightclubs
and cafes in Houston. I can tell you there would be about
100,000 people of all types - armed - marching on Mexico
City to take care of the problem if the govt. didn't do it.

I wish it could be settled peacefully - but I think Arafat
blew his best chance during the 1999 negotiations here in the US for peace. I feel bad about the coming violence for both sides.

Matt

I am long plenty of gold and energy stocks which are doing well today. Sadly, a suicide bomber is now a "normal" headline in the ME.

At least it will keep Bush from invading Iraq for a while.
