3G Today puts the number of commercial CDMA 2000 operators at 11, not 9
They are
SK.Telecom ( South Korea )
KTF (S. Korea )
LG Telecom (S. Korea )
Monet Mobile ( USA )
Centennial P.R. (Puerto Rico )
Zapp Mobile ( Romania )
Leap Wireless ( USA )
Telesp Celular ( Brazil )
Verizon ( USA )
MetroPCS ( USA )
Bell Mobility ( USA )
and on monday you can make that 12 with the addition of
KDDI ( Japan )
See 3gtoday.com and biz.yahoo.com

Eric, you might want to consider incorporating some of the information in the table at the end of this KDDI press release.
They show 40 operating companies in 18 countries adopting CDMA2000, not 24 companies in 14 countries. It should be 41 since they forgot to list MetroPCS, now in commercial operation.
