I don't know anything about "never cry wolf" or "dances with wolves" as it pertains to hunting, I really don't remember much about the movie at all>

I have watched the shows about nature, and read the stories and maybe they are misinforming me, but as near as I can tell, the predator observes the herd, and usually picks the weakest one, be that the smallest, the youngest, the one that is oldest, the one that is caught in the mud or whatever.
OTOH the laws of hunting, manmade laws, instruct the hunter that he can only kill the ones with the big horns, so to me that means that you are starting out by ignoring the ones that haven't whatever it takes to grow big horns.

Don't misunderstand me, I am not against hunting, I just think that we have made things a little backwards, I don't know how that can be changed, who would want to eat meat that might not be healthy to begin with?

That's how you get sick. LOL LOL.
