Not sure you're correct ... WS wants to make money, is unsure about this deal's value to them and will play HWP & CPQ with some lightness.

I do believe WS IS interested in seeing whether or not any BIG TECH deal (HewPaq - in this case) can work - others will be coming down the line - this HewPaq Result will allow WS to better position themselves the next time(s) one arises. This merger then can be viewed by WS as a guinnea pig.

WS does not give a damn-- only positioning to make a buck. WW has embarrassed the Hewlett name enough to change the new co to PakPaq,, LOL,,
