First they told us there was a difference between "Commercial" speech and political speech. We can regulate commercial speech within the constitution. But don't worry, political speech is different, we'll never touch that.

We believed them so they got their way.

Turns out there is no difference, they can regulate both with impunity.

Arguably, remanding the matter to the Courts is a way of supporting and defending.
