UR a scream, RN when U write 2 RH: And then in hindsight, it may be realized that the GATA suit was quite unnecessary to begin with. How about seer points for those of us who KNEW immunity was the law of the land and had the FORESIGHT as well as the balls to realize IN ADVANCE the ridiculousness and unnecessary irritant of the GATA nuts trial balloon lawsuit. We've taken a lot of grief for being right about Bill's frivolous, Quixote windmill tilting assholian antics. Now with his head on Shakta's Lance Point and being paraded around the parade grounds in its dripping bloody gory glory, the headless HOWErseman has been dispatched in record time with minimal cost to the taxpayers. Hrrmph!

<<GATA lost not because there really was no manipulation but because Greenspan et al, being representatives of the government, simply happen to be "immune" before the law. And the more appropriate plaintiffs --- the mining companies --- did not sue because they have been compromised by the central banks which are their lifeline for funds. No matter how anti-GATA folks exult over GATA's "defeat", there is no gainsaying that GATA has actually "won" in that the case>> If there wa truely a law broken & one which should have driven a suit & or legal enforcement actions, it is that some central banks & commercial banks & the whole of the prior treasure dept. & perhaps some factions with-in the current treasury dept. worked together - IN CONSPIRACY! This is why there should be some few people in part in charge the Federal Reserve that ARE NOT BANKERS!
