albert, I agree with the statement, but AMD is the one criticizing megahertz, so they should be the ones with the viable alternative. That alternative, according to AMD, is the TPI, but in the mean time, they are using QuantiSpeed. Since they are making efforts towards TPI, then that automatically means that they recognize that QuantiSpeed is not the long term viable solution. So your statement should equally apply to AMD, but you would like it to apply to Intel instead.

Sorry, but you cannot have it both ways (tm albert kovalyov).
