Yes. Just as you sold into the doubt, it was essential that LWIN get the monkey off their back right now. They've done it, leaving little doubt that they can move ahead through the maze, when and as need be.

One step at a time. This was a giant step. Had it not been for your and Garun's guidance, more of us would have sold. I added increasingly all the way down, believing that logic and excellent management would prevail.

It seems evident that management's change of course ws made necessary
by limited resources. Until a recapitalization of some sort is possible, the
vendors are now LWIN's bank.

At some point an aggressive expansion program may again be feasible.
But for the next year or so, LWIN must attempt to maximize performance
within its existing markets. With $225MM to raise sometime next year,
minimizing the dilution that may be required should be a prime focus.

Unless I misread the information at hand, it seems that LWIN could become
solidly profitable after 2004 within its 40 market plan. So a little patience
here could be very rewarding. JMHO.
