I think revulsion was expressed at the time about the technique of using allusions to PM's in arguments (regardless of subject- but of course negative in nature, like a threat), because they cannot be substantiated and they reveal personal communications. You can propose what you like. I do not think PM's should be alluded to in connection with specific people to because it is very easy to smear people with absolutely no evidence. I think people should be excluded from a forum if they do that. And while you might not be kicked off for talking so blatantly about someone not on this thread, I am sure I would be. I think your post also is a violation of the thread rules. Just FYI.
