Dear John: You're right. I totally agree. Compared to this, the Wachovia, First Union, Sun Trust merger vote mess I followed last year (as a FTU shareholder) was child's play.

I don't understand the mind-set of someone like Wally. It's almost as if there is so much hatred inside him that he doesn't care if he ultimately destroys WHP or himself (financially). I'd like to know if any/many of those HWP employees and shareholders who voted against the merger because of WW are now having second thought due to his latest actions and what this reveals about him and his interests.

There's a time to move on. WW seems totally unwilling to do this. This unwillingness could indeed be in conflict with many of the cast AGAINST votes.
