I was somewhat surprised to read of the recent actions that Vietnam has taken against the Montagnards. That government is not willing to attempt to heal wounds. They are petty and spiteful.

I am currently working to build a water well in a minority village down near Da Lat, Vietnam. The Vietnamese government has no desire to help these poor people, and worse, they won't get out of the way to let us help.

It is quite a lesson trying to help some people out over there.

Yes, the Montagnards and others, but these are still "relatively young" refugees problem, I believe that they are trying to escape the current regime, and hopefully, in time, they will be resettled.
