Intel's claim isn't frivolous, but it should be rejected by a court if the case proceeds to litigation.

By bet is that Intel would be more than happy to have this thrown out and the sooner the better but they have to go to extreme measures to keep some scumsucking lawyer from trying to make a case that Intel didn't defend their Trademark. Do you really think Intel cares about a yoga group? Get serious. This is about lawyers.
