Intel's days are numbered?

Next wednesday Intel and Intergraph (INGR) are meeting to try to get a settlement.

For those that do not know, INGR is asking for an injunction against Intel making Pentium 4s in one lawsuit and Itaniums in another. In an earlier phase they were asking for $ 3 Billion in damages, but I believe they have dropped that in favour of the injunction.

I wonder how long Intel can survive now w/o making P4s and Itaniums?

Cheers
Cor
(willing to provide details to those who have had their heads maybe completely in the sand; btw I am not anti Intel, on the contrary have made lost of money on that stock, but I am even more pro-INGR:)
