Ah ha! So you do know something about genetics and geography! Very good! Tree genetics may not be as strongly sex-linked as many trees have both male and female sex organs. Some gene traits are additive, such as that for growth. It takes a long time to assess as well, since the tree often outlives the forester. (Among many talents, pulling fire hose, planting trees, planning the treatment of tree stands for hundreds of years, botany, biology, hydrology, engineering, to name just a few, the forester must know genetics. They are not forest rapists, as some people would have you believe.) Thanks for the answer on the cat CiCi. We just got a new springer spaniel pup (the same kind of dog preferred by George W and George HW Bush). Her spots are very distinctive and this very day I asked my wife if we cloned her would we get the same spots. You answered my question! Must be telepathy or something! Our other dog Annie has one large spot in the shape of a heart. We attribute that to the quality of her beating heart. Thanks for the info Tiger Paw! Democrats do have some redeeming attributes after all!
