Bill,

There is a plenty of capacity in Austin to do th chipsets in-house. AMD is still producing somewhere in the neighborhood of 2 to 3.5 million Durons in Austin, and they will become increasingly difficulty to sell, once Intel moves Celeron to Willamette core, so this capacity will be there. We will see how the mirror-bit and the entire flash market fares this year. As long as there is plan to shift the 8xxx chipsets to UMC.

I would like to know what AMD's utilization of all the fabs is (including JV1-3). It is probably less than 40%,
