How does AMD manage to keep news like this from leaking?

The magazine ad had a long lead time, with the issue date probably 2 weeks from now, so Alienware would have been allowed to schedule the ad's appearance.

But, otherwise, there hasn't been a peep from anyone.

How does AMD do it?

We've known about the P4 2.4 for a month.

Milo, Well, the magazine leads times will lead them to accept the AMD roadmap as of 2-3 months ago(deadline for glossy ads in most mags is 2-3 months...varies).
So any slippage by AMD means they advertise stuff they do not yet have.
Put me on the list for a review system too ;)
