John: I pay out between $170 and $220 per month (depends on call volume, and higher call charges result in higher discount on cable TV service) to Cablevision for an integrated package which includes premium cable, internet, and 2 telephone lines with local, LD and 800 service. Still have Verizon wireless on top of that. No other combination has come close price wise, but this Soma service may. Have to see who offers the service and what kind of local and LD rates they'll charge. David T.
