Thanks for the excellent article MadDog. This is a movement long overdue. I could never understand our government's construct of identifying individuals based simply upon their melanin pattern in determining employment or education opportunities. It's really quite barbaric and counterintuitive. Perhaps two hundred years from now historians will look upon this chapter of humanity as one of total obfuscation and confusion. So the government of the twentieth century tried to make amends of previous blunders by punishing citizens of a later date for which they had nothing to do with the original injustice.
