There is cash targeted for stocks and cash not targeted. I was referring to the former. I have cash that I can "comfortably afford to lose" which is "underallocated" to stocks, i.e I have cash in my brokerage accounts.

Last year, when I claimed that semi-equip prices had not seen their lows in Dec 2000, many on the thread said I should shut up or short.
