I've just been notified by YAHOO that all information related to my user account at YAHOO has been subpoenaed by Varaian. Let me make it clear that I don't know Delfino or Day and have absolutely nothing to do with their case. However, I have expressed some disapproval of the actions of Varian and their lawyers. This has certainly reinforce my negative opinions of Varian and their slimebag lawyers. So much for freedom of speech on the internet! Maybe I'll get SLAPPed next since I have said some things that Varian didn't approve of. Watch out.... YOU might be next!!!!! messages.yahoo.com
